What if I don't have artwork?
If you are printing over 5 tees, then all artwork is free of charge. If you'd like only text on your shirt, we will create it free of charge. If you need a logo or graphic put into the design, then there will be fees (see pricechart).

What if I want dark colored tees in one hour?
The one hour process is printed digitally, and is only available on light colored tees. Dark colored tees take anywhere from 7-10 business days. Rush fees are available if you need them sooner.

What if I want more than 15 tees in an hr.?
We have the ability to print 100 tees an hour digitally. We cannot guarantee that we will have all 15 of your shirts finished within the hour due to other shirts we may be printing at that time.

Is shipping available if we can't pick up the tees?
Yes, we ship nationwide via Fedex. Shipping is free of charge if you are printing over 25 tees. If you print under 25 tees fees may cost anywhere from $6-$12 per box

What if I am unable to pick up my shirts during your business hours?
We are open Monday thru Friday. We open at Nine and Close at Five. If you cannot make it in time to pick up your shirts, we have a side door where we can leave shirts at so you can pick them up after hours.

What is your return policy?
If we screw it up, we will either give you a full refund, credit towards next purchase or replace the item.

Where are you located?
We are located in Roscoe village at the corner of Clybourn/Oakley/Barry. Our nearest main intersection is Belmont/Western/Clybourn. We are located 1/2 of a mile from Lane Tech High School.

What kind of printing do you use?
We use DTG printers which print full color ink directly into your shirt. The ink becomes the shirt and will never crack or disappear.
